On a pleasant September afternoon we sat down with Dr. Louis Agnese Jr. to talk with him as he begins his 25th year as president of the University of the Incarnate Word. He is the longest-serving president of any four-year university in Texas, and only 3.2 percent of college presidents have served at least 25 years.
