New Chairs to the Development BoardKate Crosby, Board ChairKate Crosby is a Business Development Officer for Frost Bank. Crosby joined Frost Bank in March 1994, beginning her career as an Administrative Assistant in the Commercial Lending Department. In 1999 she was asked to join a pilot program that entailed developing customer relationships for the retail arm of the bank. She previously served as assistant to the president for L.D. Brinkman, a multi-dimensional company focused on Carpeting, Ranching and Western Art Collecting. Crosby graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word with a BBA in Management. Renee Forinash McElhaney, Chair-ElectRenee Forinash McElhaney is an attorney with Cox Smith Matthews who is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She has been honored on many occasions, including receipt of the 2004 Super Lawyer (Appellate) award; the 2004 Texas Rising Star (Appellate) from Texas Monthly; and the San Antonio Bar Association’s President’s Award. McElhaney graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law with the Doctor of Jurisprudence. She also received a BS (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Texas at Austin.
